According to California Family Law requirements, have completed effective supervised visitation training hours with certificate. First Aid and CPR AED certified. Certification of completion of training of mandated child abuse reporter.

Supervised Visitation Provider:
We are a professional neutral third person in the presence of a non-custodial parent and one or more children, responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved. Also referred to as Visitation Provider.
The Purpose:
Supervised Visits and Supervised Exchanges are designed to assure that your child can have safe contact with the non-custodial parent without being put in the middle of the parents conflicts and other problems.
Benefits for your Child:
â—¦ Allows your child to maintain a relationship with both parents, which is generally found to be an important and positive factor in the adjustment to family dissolution.
â—¦ Allows your child to anticipate the visit without stress of worrying about what might happen between the parents and enjoy the visit in a safe and comfortable setting.

Benefits for the Custodial Parent (CP):
â—¦ You do not have to communicate or have contact with a person with whom you are in conflict or by whom you might be frightened or intimidated. We can make the arrangements as a neutral party and there does not have to be contact before, during or after the visits.
â—¦ You can feel comfortable and stress free allowing your child to have contact with the other parent and have some valuable time to yourself.
Benefits for the Non-Custodial Parent (NCP):
â—¦ You can be sure that your contact with your child does not have to be interrupted regardless of any personal or interpersonal problems that may be involved.
